For the benefit of our colleagues and referrers, Northern Oncology is committed to:
- rapid assessment of new referrals
- open lines of communication between Northern Oncology specialists and referring medical practitioners
- providing a service throughout the northern suburbs of Perth and surrounds for the convenience of patients and referring practitioners
Referrals can be faxed, emailed, or sent by healthlink (see table below for fax numbers and email addresses).
The healthlink ID for all 3 oncologists is "joononco".
Please include patient phone numbers, and any supporting documents such as pathology reports or radiology (images and reports) with the referral.
